Hi there! Thank you for visiting The Chris Janet State Farm Agency page. I am a 2nd generation agent with more than 25 years of State Farm experience. I’m multi-state licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Iowa. My passion for insurance extends beyond my professional career as I studied Risk Management in college because of my interest in the Insurance field.

I have worked as an Auto and Injury Adjuster as well as in Human Resources. I became an agent since I found many people are misled by insurance companies with those 2 little words "full-coverage". It always bothered me when I heard "What do you mean I don't have coverage for that?”. Helping people has always been my passion. I want people to understand what they have and why. It's not just about protecting property but also your family. At my office, you are treated not only as a customer but as a good neighbor.

I am active in the downtown Waukesha area. I am President of the Waukesha Downtown Business Association (WDBA). The WDBA is behind local favorite events such as Friday Night Live and, my favorite, the Waukesha Farmers' Market. I love the sights, sounds, smells, and energy the Farmers' Market brings to our downtown! I enjoy speaking with attendees about upcoming local events or (gasp) questions about insurance.
